• process bookings, waitlist signups, and info requests,
• contact you with retreat details and next steps,
• send booking confirmations and operational messages,
• manage admin review and booking status workflows,
• prevent spam and abuse of booking forms.

We process personal data to respond to your requests and manage bookings (pre-contractual and contractual steps), and for legitimate interests in operating and protecting the booking service.

For booking submissions, we record acceptance of Terms & Conditions and acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy, including timestamps and version references.

5. Services and Processors

Depending on the action you take, data may be processed through:

• Google Sheets for booking records,
• SMTP email delivery provider(s) for transactional emails,
• Stripe for payment processing when you pay for a booking,
• Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse protection on form submissions.
• We only share data as needed to deliver these services and do not sell personal data.

6. Data Retention

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to manage retreats, provide support, meet legal obligations, and maintain booking history.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and request data portability.
